Positions Vacant:
1. Manager Quality Assurance
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Candidates must have a Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Social Sciences, or Quality Management, or Administrative Sciences or other, with five years relevant experience, preferably in a reputed Hospital or an MBBS Degree with requisite experience. Quality Assurance certification from a recognized institute will be an added advantage.
Duties / Responsibilities: To manage activities pertaining to maintenance and improvement of Clinical quality and Service quality within the hospital. Work with the Physicians, Nursing Division, & the Managerial staff of the support and ancillary departments under the guidance of the MD and, where appropriate, the HD and Dean. Develop and maintains an Institution-wide effective and efficient QMS. Play a central role in risk management and patient feedback systems. Work closely with clinicians as a resource and facilitator for quality improvement initiatives, including accreditations, development and monitoring of clinical indicators, development of clinical pathways, and conducting or assisting in clinical audits.
