1. Organizational Development Specialist
Role and Responsibilities:
Define change management processes to improve organizational performance, implement developmental plans, strategies, tools, and procedures to meet long and short-term business goals, and review and evaluate jobs and organizational structure as per changing business requirements. Prepare manpower plans and create a readiness to meet future talent requirements through talent acquisition processes, and develop/implement talent management initiatives/interventions encompassing individual performances, employee development, succession planning for sustained business results. Create performance culture and lead Performance Management Process (PMP), formulate and review employee compensation strategies and execute employee satisfaction and engagement programs such as employee surveys, focus groups, etc. Develop training and professional development programs for all levels of management. Design, review and implement HR policies and procedures, and effectively monitor organizational changes and employee’s requirements and incorporate the same in HR policies and procedures by periodical review and updating. Prepare HR proposals, plans, and strategies for presentation to the senior management and Board of Directors. Monitor company culture and ensure an employee-friendly and achievement-oriented work environment. Should have the capabilities/capacity to link HR objectives with business objectives.
Qualification / Competencies / Experience: MBA degree preferably in Human Resource Management. A high degree of business acumen, creative thinking, and proven skills in developing need-based HR solutions to business problems. The candidate should demonstrate HR leadership, a mindset for continuous improvement, excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. The candidate must have a high degree of integrity, work ethics, and cultural awareness as well as an in-depth understanding of human behavior. Should be computer literate preferably having exposure to SAP. Minimum 10 years’ experience focusing on strategic HR and Organizational Development (OD) function at a senior level and in a dynamic business organization following best HR practices.
