Law & Justice Commission of Pakistan has announced new positions. Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions mentioned as follows. The following vacant positions are located in Islamabad. The candidates already in service should apply through the proper channel. Positions Vacant:
1. Secretary (BPS – 21)
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position:The person holding law degree, preferably a higher foreign research degree in law with expertise in report writing and having 15 years’ standing at Bar including High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan, or Teacher/scholar of law with 15 years’ experience, or Law Officer with matching qualification as in (i) serving in the offices of Attorney General, Advocate Generals and Provincial Law Departments with 15 years’ standing in service and/or at the Bar, or Officer of the Federal or Provincial Government holding a law degree and matching qualification as in (i) including the Judicial Officers having rendered 5 years’ service in BPS-20, on regular basis or by move-over. Personal interest and/or experience of a candidate in law reforms shall be given priority.
Age limit required for the following vacant position: The applicant shall not be less than 40 years or more than 50 years of age. The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of six months.
