Positions Vacant:
1. Assistant Manager – Internal Audit
Responsibilities: Document, implement, test, and maintain a comprehensive internal audit plan and system of internal controls to help provide assurance that applicable laws, regulations, Company’s policies, and procedures are complied with judiciously; Examine all financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with company’s policies and applicable laws and regulations; Evaluate financial and operational procedures to assure adequate internal controls are present; Identify, assess and evaluate the Company’s risk areas; make appropriate recommendations for improved internal controls and accounting procedures, and research and adopt industry best practices where appropriate; Prepare quarterly audit reports; Ensure AMUCTF compliances required by SECP. Complete other projects and perform other duties as assigned by the HOD and Board Audit Committee.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: ACCA (Partially Qualified), aged between 25 and 35 years with 3 years’ experience or MBA with 5 years’ experience in Internal Audit.
2. Admin Officer
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Graduate, aged between 25 and 30 years, having 1-2 years’ experience in the administration department.
Responsibilities: Managing administrative issues at the office including seating arrangements, telephone extensions, security & safety services, etc. Management of office environment by providing effective monitoring of all administrative functions. Responsible for supplier and vendor management. Responsible for implementation of all administrative policies at the office. Management of housekeeping staff of the office. Assisting HOD in dealing with Govt. Departments. Performing jobs assigned by Management.
3. Claim Staff
Responsibilities: Claim Opening procedure. Claim handling and payment procedure. Claim reporting to HOD. Any Other task assigned by Management.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Graduate, aged between 25 and 30 years, having at least 1-2 years’ experience in Insurance.
