Positions Vacant:
1. MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCE
Duties / Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for lead and direct all quality management activities for hospital workflows. Be responsible for the development and implementation of the Quality & Patient Safety Plan. Ensure hospital compliance to quality standards including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 15189:2012, and JCI standards. Participate in developing the Hospital Strategic Plan. Lead and facilitate the process of developing and documenting the hospital’s policies, procedures, guidelines, plans, training & evaluation.
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant positions: Minimum 16 years of education with qualification(s) in Health Sciences, Quality or Management Sciences. Clinical background preferred,e.g. MBBS, BSN, Certified QMS Lead Auditor CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma certifications with 10 years of experience. Attractive salary & benefits for the right candidate.
