Positions Vacant: 

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Qualification / Experience required: The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial mindset. a passion for and expertise in SME Financing and a proven track record of developing teams. systems and policies. preferably in a financial institution. Minimum 15 years of experience in financial services and a Master’s degree required.

2. Chief Financial Officer (CF0)

Qualification / Experience required: Minimum 12 years of experience. preferably in the financial sector required with a CA/ ACCA qualification.

3. Chief Risk Officer (CR0)

Qualification / Experience required: Minimum 12 years’ experience in the financial industry and a Master’s degree required. Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Chattered Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications will be a plus.
4. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Qualification / Experience required: Minimum 10 years of experience in the digital financial sector and a Master’s degree in IT Computer Engineering. Business Administration or equivalent required. The banking experience would be highly desirable.

5. Head of Business, Research, and Product Development

Qualification / Experience required: Minimum 12 years’ experience with a hands-on understanding of the SME sector in Pakistan and a Masters degree in Economics, Finance. Business or Accounting required. International, relevant experience in SME financing would be a plus.

6. Head of Human Resource & Administration

Qualification / Experience required: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree in HR/Management / Business Administration required. Prior experience in creating high—performance teams and setting up systems and policies is necessary.
7. Company Secretary & Head of Legal

Qualification / Experience required: Minimum 10 years’ experience of legal/ corporate governance with at least 2 years’ experience as Company Secretary along with an LLB degree required.
