Ministry of Climate Change has announced its new internship opportunities for fresh graduates. Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates. The Ministry of Climate Change is implementing the GLOF-II project titled “Scaling up of Glacier Lake Outburst Floods, Risk Reduction in Northern Pakistan” with the technical assistance of UNDP and in partnership with relevant line departments of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan. The Project is being sponsored by Green Climate Fund through the Ministry of Climate Change Islamabad. The GLOF-II Project is offering internships in the following disciplines for a period of three months, at the Ministry of Climate Change, Islamabad. The qualification and experience required to fill the following vacant positions are mentioned as follows. 1. Finance and Administration 5 vacant positions
2. Media, Communications and Reporting 5 vacant positions
3. Management support 5 vacant positions

5. Disaster Management, Environmental Sciences/Forestry 10 vacant positions
Total Number of Positions: 30 positions
Qualification / Experience required for the following internships:
The interested candidates must have a master’s degree or BS (Graduates) in the above-indicated disciplines or in the last semester of their disciplines. Fresh Graduate (within 2 yrs of Degree issuance) or Enrolled in the Degree Program. Physically fit and self-motivated. Commitment to building an inclusive work environment. Female candidates will be encouraged to apply.
