Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the hiring against the following positions in Strategic Policy Unit, (SPU), Industries Commerce Investment & Skills Development Department including Public-Private Partnership (PPP NODE), (Development Scheme/ Project). The only shortlisted applicant will be considered for the selection process/interview. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The hiring will be on a contract basis for one year, further extendable subject to satisfactory performance. However, completion of the hiring period will be subject to the satisfactory performance of the individual. The appointment will be made under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004, and Recruitment Policy, 2004, amended from time to time. Positions Vacant:
1. Director SPU
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant posts: Ph.D. in Public Policy/ Management/ Social Sciences from an HEC recognized university with at least ten (10) years post qualification experience in the relevant field. Any previous association relating to the job description will be an added advantage. OR Master in Public Policy / Management/ Social Sciences from an HEC recognized university with eighteen (18) years post qualification experience in the relevant field, as well as good communications skills.
2. Assistant Director (Accounts)
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant posts: M.B.A (Finance), M.Com, or M.Sc. Financial Management with 5 years post-qualification experience of managing Accounts, Budget, and Audit preferably in the Public Sector. OR B. BA (Finance) or B.Com with 8 years of working experience of managing Accounts, Budget, and Audit preferably in the Public Sector.
