Positions Vacant:
1. Manager of Human Resources and Administration
Qualification / Experience: Master of Business Administration (MBA). Human Resource Management (HRM), Public Administration (MPA), management sciences, or related discipline from an HEC recognized university. The foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage At least 10 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin including 5 years at a mid-level management position A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
2. Manager Security
Qualification / Experience: A minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university Diploma in security and HSE will be an added advantage. Experience – At least 10 years of law and order, police or other para-military organizations Must be a retired army officer having at least the rank of Major or equivalent A minimum of 2 years of experience In a similar role managing infrastructure sites will be considered an added advantage.
3. Procurement Specialist
Qualification / Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an HEC recognized university. At least 5 years of relevant experience Candidate should have demonstrated experience in the ADB procurement system. Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority ISPPRAI system and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) system A minimum of 2 years 04 experience on the ADB procurement system ts highly desirable.
4. Intelligent Transport System (ITS) Specialist
Qualification / Experience: Master degree in Civil engineering, computer science, information system, transport planning, and Traffic engineering or related discipline from an HEC recognized university. The foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage. Diploma in ITS, 10T. Programming will be considered an added advantage. At least 7 years of relevant experience including 3 years of proven experience in an ITS leadership position preferably in mass transit: public transportation environment. Relevant International work experience will be considered an added advantage.
5. Contract Management Specialists
Qualification / Experience: Master’s degree in civil engineering. economics, finance, management. law, contracts. or related discipline from an HEC recognized university. The foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage. 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects Candidate should have demonstrated experience on ADB or other MDB procurement and contract administration system A minimum of 3 years of experience on ADB procurement and contract system is highly desirable.
6. Assistant Director of Environment
Qualification / Experience: Master degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent from an HEC recognized university. The foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage Experience At least 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
7. Budget and Accounts Officer
Qualification / Experience: CA / CMA/ ACCA/ Pubic Finance. At least 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in a similar role is highly desirable. Experience with Public Sector Company would be an added advantage.
8. HR Officer
Qualification / Experience: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Human Resource Management (HRM). Public Administration (MPA), management sciences, or related discipline from an HEC recognized university. The foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage Experience – At least 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
9. Admin Officer
Qualification / Experience: Master in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resource Management (HAM), Public Administration (MPA), management sciences, or related discipline from an HEC recognized university. The foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage. At least 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
10. Executive Assistant to CEO
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized University. Minimum of 8 years 01 post-qualification secretarial, general administration experience including a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
