Positions Vacant:
1. Prosecutor
The number of vacant posts: 3 vacant posts. 1x Special Court CNS Rawalpindi
The number of vacant posts: 1 vacant post, Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench.
Qualification and experience required for the job: The Candidate shall be a citizen of Pakistan. The candidate shalt be practicing as an Advocate High Court however preference will be given to candidates having experience of contested cases in the Supreme Court. The candidate shall have experience of contesting Criminal Narcotics cases in the Trial Court and High Courts. The candidate shall be a member of the High Court Bar association. The candidate shall neither have been guilty of misconduct during the professional came nor accused of an offense of moral turpitude nor dismissed from General Services nor declared as insolvent.
Note: After the selection of a candidate as a special prosecutor, he will conduct proceedings under the area of Narcotics Substances Act, 1997, prevention of Smuggling Act 1977, and Anti Money Laundering Act. 2010 in Narcotics Cases / Assets Cases on behalf of Regional Doctorate, Anti Narcotics Force. North before CMS Sprat Court Rawalpindi / Islamabad Ant Smuggling Court. Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench and appellate Court During the prod of contract we Ant Narcotics Force Candidate shall not be flawed to appear in any court as defense counsel of an accused in narcotics /Assets and related cases.
